I made a payment with the payment gateway but didn’t get any credits to my account. what should i do?


Sometimes due to poor network connectivity, the transaction details cannot get transferred to our servers from the Payment Gateway, leading into a status called Payment not confirmed. In such cases, you are charged at your card but didn’t get the credit as required. In such case, you will receive a mail at your registered email id with an Order Id. Please send the issue details with the order id so that our team can investigate the transaction detail and give you the required credits.
